Here's How The Challenge Works
Jan 11th -18th - Over 7 days, you'll build your personalized menopause nutrition capsule wardrobe.

Days 1-2 establish your foundation with the principles of intuitive eating, food neutrality and body attunement. This will keep you out of the diet cycle!

Days 3-5 introduce the key ingredients to add to your menopause wardrobe and how to create Power Pairs (like protein + fiber for satisfaction) with daily "fitting room" experiments.

Days 6-7 bring it together as you practice mixing and matching to create your signature style and build confidence in what works for YOUR body.
"The Fitting Room" Daily Experiments
No rigid rules or meal plans. Instead, you'll get a recipe to "try on", along with tips to help you stay out of the diet mentality. Think of it like trying on clothes, you get to decide what fits your body and your style!
Daily Support in a Private Community
I'll be there every day with a "Question of the Day" to help you process what you're learning, work through challenges, and celebrate wins. Plus, you'll connect with other midlife women who get it!
