Welcome! As the founder of The Midlife Feast Community, I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a dietitian, naturopathic doctor, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. In the midst of life with 3 young children and a crazy busy practice, perimenopause came in like a wrecking ball at 37. My body not only looked different, it felt different. And like you, I was worried that my 40s would play out like every bad movie ever made about women in midlife.
I've made it my mission to help women manage menopause without diets and food rules!

As an undiet dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor, Amanda Bullat serves as a guide and mentor to her clients - partnering with them to heal their relationship with food and their body through intuitive eating, mindfulness, and her unique SAVOR Strategies of Healing.
