I used to feel guilty for wanting a cookie, let alone eating it. And I definitely didn’t trust myself around food.

Now I eat with more ease because I’ve learned how to quiet the noise, step out of the food chatter, and listen to my body without overthinking it.

That shift from constant mental debate to trust and simplicity, is what I’m here to help you build.

When does it start?

The live challenge will officially start on July 20th, and will end on July 25th. It's hosted in my private community (not Facebook). Spots are limited though, so grab your spot soon!

How does it work?

Every day for 5 days, I'll share a mini-lesson by email and in our private group. At the end of the week, we'll celebrate with a live call and some fun prizes too. ;)
