Without diets, without food rules, and without the guilt that comes with feeling like you don't know what you're doing.
Together, we'll come up with a roadmap that helps you manage menopause without diets and food rules.

- Support in redefining what it means to be "healthy" and how to navigate healthy eating with gentle nutrition including recipes and food inspiration!
- Body acceptance and confidence coaching that helps you nurture a more flexible sense of self.
We'll meet virtually for 6 sessions over 3 months, and in between our chats we'll stay in touch so I can help you celebrate your cheers and work through any challenges that come up.
When I started working with you, although my goal was to find peace with my body, I literally could not comprehend how I would get there.
