Hey There! I'm Jenn, aka Chief Defender of Oatmeal.

If you tend to overthink food, second-guess what you’ve eaten, or feel like every meal comes with a running commentary in your head, this challenge is what you need.

That constant “Is this okay?” “Should I have eaten that?” “What should I eat next?” loop is exhausting. And it tends to show up most loudly in midlife and menopause, when we already have a lot on our plate.

And yes, even something as innocent as oatmeal isn’t safe from the overthinking spiral. I’ve seen it questioned, analysed, and turned into a debate more times than I can count. That’s partly why I’ve made it my unofficial job to be the Chief Defender of Oatmeal. And, more importantly, to help you get out of that overthinking loop altogether.

Because this isn’t really about oatmeal. It’s about the constant second-guessing that makes eating feel harder than it needs to be.

I know what it’s like to turn something as basic as eating into something complicated. To wonder if you’re doing it “right.” To feel like you should have this figured out by now…

When does it start?

The live challenge will officially start on July 20th, and will end on July 25th. It's hosted in my private community (not Facebook). Spots are limited though, so grab your spot soon!
